A BIG marine construction project on Ono Island – the homeowner increased his property value significantly by having GCLM construct a massive 40×40 Boathouse with 2 boat lifts (24,000 lb & 12,000 lb), a fully powered, watered and well lit fish-cleaning station, and large covered and uncovered sunbathing deck areas. Grey composite decking up and around the house with a 300 ft walkway down with Astrodeck ventilated decking to the impressive boathouse. Vinyl-wrapped pilings to protect against sea life & parasites, giving this build longevity and strength. The finished project is a sight to behold! And of course the boathouse was designed to match the main house, from the metal roof to the paint colors.
The client was very happy with the finished product. The family can enjoy their waterfront home more than ever now, with covered and uncovered deck areas for lounging on a summer day. They added some nice outdoor furniture to complete the outdoor living area. The fish cleaning station will come in handy after a long day out on the boat deep-sea fishing for Snapper or whatever’s biting that day. The client also appreciates the increased property value of his Ono Island home. If he ever wants to sell the house, this boathouse will be a major selling point.
