We recently hired GCLM Construction for a 850 square foot home addition, and the experience was exceptional. From the initial quote to the final walkthrough, John Chapman was professional, transparent about costs, and stayed exactly on schedule .The attention to detail in the structural and aesthetics was incredible. They even made sure to clean up the site every single day. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality contractor!"

John & his crew worked very hard to complete my project. John is very easy to work with and kept me informed about the project. He keeps his word when he says he’s going to do something. Had a few minor issues which he was very quick to resolve. Would highly recommend.

recommendsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Facebook. John, aka, Chappy is the best! Started my project with a simple boat dredge. Now have a seawall, new deck, driveway repair....he can do it all. I'm so happy...truly made my home an oasis!
